Triennale Shelving System by Lips Vago
1 available
Set of three Triennale modular shelving systems by Lips Vago, designed in 1954. The shelving units are constructed from lacquered sheet steel with adjustable shelves that engage with toothed vertical uprights.
Each unit consists of two vertical rails supporting folded steel shelves with integrated side panels featuring rounded rectangular cut-outs. Ribbed horizontal braces connect the uprights, while the shelves can be positioned at different heights using the integrated adjustment system.
The shelving retains its original lacquered finish, which has developed a pronounced patina through decades of use. General scratches, abrasions and areas of finish loss are present, particularly along exposed edges, together with localized oxidation to several shelf supports. Paint residue from previous use remains visible on the reverse. The adjustment mechanism has been tested and all shelves can be repositioned as intended.
Will be disassembled for shipping.
