The Company operates in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Croatia, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: GDPR), and Directive 2002/58/EC on privacy and electronic communications (hereinafter: the Directive), insofar as it regulates the use of cookies and similar technologies.

The purpose of this Policy is to inform visitors and users of the Website (hereinafter: Users) in a clear and transparent manner about the types of cookies the Company uses, the reasons for their use, the storage duration, and how Users can give or withdraw their consent, as well as manage cookie settings in accordance with their preferences.
1.4. This Policy applies exclusively to cookies used through the Company’s Website and, in certain parts, explains potential third-party cookies.
