1.1. This Cookie Policy (hereinafter: the Policy) regulates how the company Studioteka d.o.o., Company Registration Number (MBS): 081457462, Personal Identification Number (OIB): 80986001318, with its registered seat in the Republic of Croatia, Zagreb, Ulica Radoslava Lopašića 12A (hereinafter: the Company) uses and manages cookies through its official website available at https://cherrycargo.eu/ (hereinafter: the Website).

1.2. The Company operates in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Croatia, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: GDPR), and Directive 2002/58/EC on privacy and electronic communications (hereinafter: the Directive), insofar as it regulates the use of cookies and similar technologies.

1.3. The purpose of this Policy is to inform visitors and users of the Website (hereinafter: Users) in a clear and transparent manner about the types of cookies the Company uses, the reasons for their use, the storage duration, and how Users can give or withdraw their consent, as well as manage cookie settings in accordance with their preferences.

1.4. This Policy applies exclusively to cookies used through the Company’s Website and, in certain parts, explains potential third-party cookies. The Policy applies solely to the domain https://cherrycargo.eu/ and all its subdomains and does not cover other websites that may be accessible via links from the Website, which are not managed by the Company. 2.4.1. 3.1. The Company uses the following cookies on the Website, categorised according to the categories defined in Article 2 of this Policy, with a detailed description of their purpose, duration and source.

3.2. Currently, no additional functional cookies have been identified on the Website other than those listed under necessary cookies, which already perform functional tasks such as language and region adjustment (e.g., localization).

4.6.1. For mobile devices:

• Chrome (Android/iOS): Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Clear browsing data to delete cookies. Through Site Settings you can also fully disable cookies.

• Safari (iOS): Go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data > Remove All Website Data to delete cookies, or Block All Cookies to disable them.

• Android browser: Through Settings > Privacy & Security you can delete all cookies or disable their storage.

4.6.2. Detailed and up-to-date instructions for individual browsers are also available via their official support pages.

4.7. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent may limit the functionality of certain Website content (e.g., video display, personalised recommendations, etc.).

4.8. The use of third-party cookies is subject to the privacy policies and policies of those service providers, as listed in the cookie list in Article 3. If a third party transfers data outside the European Economic Area, the Company ensures that the data are protected by appropriate safeguards, in accordance with the GDPR.

6. FINAL PROVISIONS

6.1. This Policy is drafted in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, the Directive and the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia.

6.2. This Policy enters into force on the date of its publication on the Website and applies from that date to all Users.
