Model 711 convertible sofa bed designed by Tito Agnoli for Cinova, introduced in 1968 and produced in Italy. Conceived as a compact sofa that transforms into a single bed, the design incorporates folding armrests and backrest that reveal integrated wooden side tables and a sleeping surface beneath the seat cushions. This example retains its original cognac leather upholstery, brass hardware, concealed castors and timber side tables, preserving the material combination that defines the model.

The sofa is structurally sound and the folding mechanism operates smoothly. The original leather shows an even patina with creasing, light scratches and areas of wear consistent with age and use, including a longer surface scratch to one seat cushion, localized scuffing to the seat cushions and armrests, and minor abrasions along a few edges and seams. The brass hardware has light surface wear and oxidation, while the wooden side tables show minor marks from use.
