Space Age sofa previously attributed to Adriano Piazzesi, Italy, 1970s. Oversized upholstered forms are suspended within a continuous chromed tubular steel frame, creating a distinctive sculptural silhouette. The generous proportions, deep tufting and rich rust-orange velour upholstery give the sofa a bold, tactile presence. A characteristic example of Italian Space Age seating from the period. Excellent built quality and very comfortable.

A pair of matching lounge chairs are available separately.

Very good vintage condition. Structurally sound. The original upholstery presents well with light, even wear consistent with age and a few minor marks. The chromed steel frames show light surface scratches and minor wear.
