Smoked Glass Serving Trolley with Sculpted Wood Frame

Italian serving trolley dating from the 1970s, constructed with a pair of thick rounded wooden side frames, smoked glass shelves and chrome-plated metal supports. The wooden frames form a sequence of open rectangular sections, with the glass shelves held within chrome-edged rails and the structure raised on four spherical casters. The combination of warm wood, smoked glass and polished chrome places the trolley within the Italian modernist furniture of the period.
Good vintage condition with cosmetic wear consistent with age and use. The wooden frame has surface scratches, fine marks and areas of finish wear, with more pronounced abrasions around some edges and corners. The chrome elements show surface wear and localized oxidation, while the smoked glass has light surface scratches and marks. The trolley is structurally stable and the ball casters are functional.
