Radiofreccia dining chairs designed by Gastone Rinaldi, Italy, 1970s. These elegant cantilever chairs feature a sculptural frame crafted entirely from bent and welded chromed steel rods, creating a lightweight yet highly structural form. The seat and backrest are composed of continuous wire loops that define the chair's silhouette. This set is presented without the original loose seat and back cushions. This model exemplifies Rinaldi's mastery in combining technical precision with visual lightness, typical of his work with RIMA Padova.
Good vintage condition. Structurally sound. The chrome frames retain a bright finish with light scratches, small scuffs and localised wear consistent with age and use. Minor oxidation and discolouration are visible around several welded joints, and a few front rail ends show small areas of chrome loss from contact with the floor. The plastic glides are present and show expected wear. The original removable seat and back cushions are not present.
