Pistillino Wall Lamps
1 available
The Pistillino wall lamps feature a radial arrangement of curved, chrome-finished arms terminating in reflective spherical tips around a central light source. Designed with a compact, sculptural profile, the branching metal forms create a pronounced pattern of light and shadow when illuminated. The original reflective finish has developed extensive age-related wear, with areas of loss revealing contrasting tones beneath the chrome surface, giving each lamp a varied, textured appearance. The lamps are described as attributed to Studio Tetrarch because no marking is present on the back although their form and construction strongly suggest they are very likely original examples.
The lamps have a pronounced vintage patina, with extensive wear to the chrome finish across the tubular arms and spherical details. Areas of oxidation, discolouration and finish loss create varied tones and textures across the metal surfaces, while the mounting plates also show signs of age. The lamps are fully functional.
