Stackable European modernist chair with a solid wood frame and moulded plywood seat and backrest, finished in translucent green that leaves the wood grain visible. The rounded vertical uprights extend above and below the backrest and seat, with the curved backrest and gently rounded seat forming a compact, easily stackable construction. The design is closely associated with the functional contract and institutional seating of the 1970s and 1980s.
The chairs are structurally sound and stack correctly. The wooden frames show scratches, small dents, finish wear and localized abrasions, particularly around the exposed ends of the uprights. The green plywood surfaces show scattered scratches, scuffs and areas of finish wear, with several more pronounced marks visible in the photographs; no major structural cracks or missing components are visible.
