Large Pistillo Wall Lamp
1 available
The Pistillo wall light features a radiating arrangement of curved metal arms, each terminating in a spherical detail around a central light source. The densely layered arms form a three-dimensional starburst structure, creating an intricate interplay of metal surfaces and radial lines. Its sculptural form and reflective finish place it within the Space Age design vocabulary. The lamp is described as attributed to Studio Tetrarch because no marking is present on the back although their form and construction strongly suggest it is very likely an original example.
The light has a pronounced vintage patina, with oxidation, discolouration and surface wear across the metal arms and spherical details. The finish shows varied tones, spotting and localized areas of darkening, particularly around the central structure and connections. The lamp is functional.
