Designed by famed Italian architect and designer Mario Bellini for C&B Italia in 1970, the iconic Camaleonda modules are seen here in their original upholstery, an ivory colored cotton-velvet material. An icon of design and one of the most easily recognizable design pieces of all time.
Accompanying the modules are three different pieces of the 'Gli Scacchi' modular companion side tables which can be configured in various arrangements as needed.
The elements are meant to each present a third of a full 'Camaleonda' module.
Produced in Italy in the early 1970s.

All elements are C&B Italia but one module, which features a B&B Italia label. This module is slightly shorter than the others (as shown in photos).

In very good vintage condition with minimal expected signs of age.
The upholstery has been professionally cleaned. The outer lining protecting the foam underneath the upholstery has also been professionally replaced to stop any possible degradation in the future and allow future owners to be able to take off and wash the upholstery without damagin the foam structure.
One module features a few small stains, highlighted in the photos. The 'Gli Scacchi' elements are feature some minor losses at the bottom, as expected.
