Designed by Henning Korch in the 1970s, the Scoop armchair, also known as the Swan, is formed from a low upholstered body with a deep seat, rounded arms and a softly curved backrest. The seat and back cushions are gathered into the surrounding upholstery, creating the distinctive enveloping construction of the design. This set of four is upholstered in a warm camel-brown velvet with a soft pile and subtle variations in shading.

Good vintage condition with visible signs of age and use. The camel-brown velvet shows natural variations in pile, shading and compression, together with light surface wear and minor marks consistent with age. The upholstery remains intact throughout, while the padded structures retain their shape and the chairs remain stable.
