Woven wooden carpet composed of interconnected rectangular wood slats arranged in an open lattice structure. Two denser geometric fields are integrated into the weave, creating a subtle contrast in pattern and texture.
The carpet is formed from small wooden elements linked into a flexible construction that can be rolled for storage. Variations in weave density create a grid-like composition across the surface.
Good vintage condition. The wooden slat carpet remains structurally intact and flexible. Surface wear, abrasions and colour variation are present throughout, with more pronounced wear through the central area. One wooden slat is missing, and several others show minor chips and localized wear consistent with age and use.
