Pair of Italian modernist dining chairs in solid wood with woven cane seats, produced in the 1980s. The design reflects a continuation of mid-century principles, with an emphasis on fluid lines and reduced structural elements. The frames are formed from rounded wood members that create a continuous line from the legs through to the backrest, paired with handwoven cane seats. The open sled-style base and softened edges contribute to a light, balanced presence while maintaining structural clarity.
The cane seats have been professionally replaced. The wooden frames show light surface scratches, small dents and localized finish wear consistent with age and use.
