Diana Armchairs by Karin Mobring for IKEA
1 available
Designed by Karin Mobring for IKEA and first featured in the 1972 catalogue, the Diana chair is defined by its exposed pine frame and suspended sling construction. Leather latching straps secure the fabric seat and back to the wooden structure, leaving the frame visible and the upholstery free of a rigid shell. The combination of timber, leather and textile gives the chair a straightforward, functional construction, with newly fitted Italian linen-blend fabric updating the original canvas sling.
In very good condition. The wooden frames show expected surface wear from age and use, including scratches and scuffs, but remain structurally stable. The chairs have been newly reupholstered in an Italian linen-blend fabric. The leather latching straps are original, show light signs of age and remain functional.
Professionally cleaned. Reupholstered.
