Designed in 1972 by Ueli Berger, Eleonore Peduzzi Riva, Heinz Ulrich and Klaus Vogt for de Sede, the DS-600 is a modular sofa system composed of individually connected upholstered elements. This example comprises 20 middle elements, forming an exceptionally long continuous seating configuration. The individual elements are upholstered in dark brown leather and connected through the characteristic hinge and zipper system of the DS-600, also known as the Non-Stop Sofa or Tatzelwurm.

Good vintage condition with a beautiful aged patina consistent with the sofa's age and use. The dark brown leather has developed natural variations in colour, tone and surface sheen, with characteristic creasing and gentle surface wear throughout. Some localized marks and scratches are present, while the upholstery remains intact and the individual modules retain their shape. The sofa remains structurally sound and stable. Professionally cleaned.
