Designed by Swiss designer Bruno Rey in 1971 and produced by Dietiker, the Rey Chair 3300 combines a rounded wooden seat and curved backrest with the characteristic screwless wood-to-metal construction developed for Dietiker. This example has a black finish and a newly upholstered seat covered in bordeaux faux leather. The rounded backrest and broad vertical supports give the chair its distinctive compact form.
Good vintage condition with signs of age and use. The frames feature a later, non-professional black repaint, with variations in the application and areas of wear contributing to a distinctive aged patina. All the six chairs are structurally sound and stable.
