‘Big Bud’ Floor Lamp by Harvey Guzzini

A sculptural Space Age floor lamp designed by Harvey Guzzini in Italy, 1968. Known as the Big Bud, this striking model features a double-layered acrylic globe shade in rich amber-brown and white, supported by a slender chromed steel stem and weighted circular base.
The lamp's diffused glow and organic form capture the essence of late 1960s Italian design. When lit, the acrylic shade radiates a warm, atmospheric light ideal for living spaces, lounges, or interiors seeking a bold mid-century statement piece.
In good vintage condition with expected signs of age, as indicated in the photos. The only notable defect is the melted part on the plastic shade, highlighted in the photos. Please note that this part is not visible once the lamp is assembled and does not indicate any structural damage or further deterioration.
