Set of four cantilever chairs with chrome-plated tubular steel frames and padded black textile upholstery to the seats and rounded backrests. The continuous tubular frames form the sled-style cantilever base and extend around the backrests, with upholstered elements attached directly to the frame. The chairs have a beautiful, restrained, late-20th-century Bauhaus character. Unknown Italian production of the late 1980s.
In very good condition. The four chairs are structurally stable, with intact tubular frames and joints. The chrome shows surface scratches, scuffs and light oxidation, particularly around the lower sections and joining areas. The upholstery has exptected smaller age-related wear.
