‘8600’ Chairs by Hans Ulrich Bitsch for Kusch+Co
0 available
Vintage '8600' chairs designed by Hans Ulrich Bitsch for Kusch & Co, produced in Germany during the 1980s. The model reflects the High-Tech and postmodern design tendencies of the period, combining exposed tubular elements with a clear structural framework and contrasting materials.
Red powder-coated metal frames with cylindrical legs support a suspended seat and backrest in dark blue fabric, tensioned over chrome-plated tubular steel elements. The visible chrome rods and cross-bracing beneath the seat emphasize the chair's engineered construction, while the planar upholstery panels create a sharp geometric profile.
Excellent condition with smaller expected signs of age, as depicted in the photos. One chair has a smaller scuff on the upholstery, will be sent last.
