The same models were used in public buildings in the GDR (East Germany), including the Palace of the Republic. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe chairs are structurally sound overall, with stable frames; one front leg is slightly bent but does not affect stability. The original upholstery remains in good condition, showing light wear, a few small marks, occasional pulled threads and minor fraying along the lower edges.
